Harvesting.

This was a completely ‘made up as i go’ painting. Very bizarre. Maybe 8 hours or so.
Kinda cool, just want to move onto new subject material.

These shots show most of the progress. However there was a lot of work previously, with the background originally being in a war torn city, then under a lampost at night. Then it went to this open battlefield.

It took up to 60 hours. With reference material used on the Helicopter only.

First time painting hair on this level and it was certainly difficult. More experience though. Should have more up in a couple days time.

Its been almost 3 months since i created my first digital painting (Ship design for Matrix film). This painting is now my 8th.
Still learning as i go. But i would be lying if i said i wasnt happy with my progress.

Have yet to decide between the two. However i cant say i didnt enjoy doing this.
